American Star Manufacturing, LLC was founded by our company President & CEO
Kip Kilburn in January 2001, by and for the ATV recreation and racing enthusiast. Realizing
that the vast majority of ATV After Market Products are highly over priced due to minimal
production, high material costs and excessively high labor costs.  As a result, American Star
has set out to change the industry! The fact is, American Star manufactures and distributes a
product that is over twenty (20) percent less expensive to the end consumer than nearly all
of its competitors. All of our products are all proudly built here in the USA by Americans, for
Americans, and for our Great  ATV riding friends all over the world! On top of it all, American
Star offers an Unconditional Lifetime Structural Warranty on every product we manufacture.  
A Warranty that other companies try to emulate, but fail miserably by comparison.

American Star Manufacturing, LLC is located in the heart of the Paiute ATV Trail in southern
Utah. In the super ATV friendly town of Circleville to be exact. A very friendly town where
ATV's are a way of life! If you do not ride or race an ATV, you do not work at American Star!
Our employees understand what it means to miss that race or riding trip. Accordingly we do
